Cancellation Policy effective June 1, 2022:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event are charged a $50 cancellation fee. The $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from any amount already paid towards room rental and the remaining funds are refunded. You will forfeit the entire 50% deposit for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date.
