About VIP Week Conference 2026
The VIP Center for Business Women is thrilled to present its 6th Annual VIP Week Conference, a powerful hybrid experience offering both virtual and in-person participation in Indianapolis.
This year’s theme—Called. Equipped. Activated. | Your Tomorrow. Now.—is a bold invitation for women to stop delaying what God has already confirmed and step fully into the future He has prepared. VIP Week 2026 is for women who know their “someday” has become “now.”

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
As a Former Professional NFL Miami Dolphin Cheerleader, Sharnell Jackson was INTRODUCED to Jesus Christ, during her second season on the team. She suffered from Anxiety, Depression, Anger, & Rejection. She didn’t feel good enough, or pretty enough & was in a dark place.
Her Sunday School teacher taught her how to fall in love with JESUS, not a church, not activities but the person of JESUS CHRIST. As she grew in her relationship with God, she found her Identity, her Passion & her PURPOSE.
She is known to share her testimonies and experiences to deliver people out of bondage and instruct them on how to maintain their freedom through the Word of God. She encourages people to have an intimate relationship and fellowship with the Lord, which ultimately makes them Whole: Spirit, Soul & Body.
Her STRONG podcast is a ministry platform power-packed with strong moments designed to Encourage YOU to GET UP, GET MOVING AND GET UNSTUCK! Sharnell believes that everything connects. Her holistic approach is coaching and challenges women to be committed and consistent in their journey to wholeness: spiritual, physical, emotional & mental health wellness.
