Cancellation Policy effective Jan 1, 2020:
Event space and meeting rooms that have been booked and need to be cancelled will not incur a cancellation fee if the cancellation request is made 30 days or more from the event date. Any cancellation request made less than 30 days will be required to pay 50% of the booking cost or a full credit can be applied to another booking.
When an event is booked, 50% deposit is required. If the date is cancelled, we will credit your deposit toward another date. Depending on your venue type, we may charge a damage deposit or at least require you to have a credit card on file.
