Up to 70 people.  Configurations may impact capacity.

Cleaning Fee for Training Room, Front part of the building is $50 and first floor is $75
All other rooms will be charged $25 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy effective Jan 1, 2020:

When an event is booked, a deposit of 50% of the total event fee is due at the time of booking. If the original event date is changed, we will credit your deposit toward another date. There will be a $50 change fee assessed before the new date can be secured. Events cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Deposits for events cancelled with less than 30 days notice are not refundable.

The VIP Center is available for tours between 3:00-5:00PM Monday through Friday.  All other times may be scheduled by appointment only.  Please email to book your appointment.
